Maybe they need a different foreman to get this thing delivered by the start of fall practice...

Just need the hole in the ground to put all the bodies in of guys that did not get it done

i believe something was added to the scope of the project that they didn't foresee until they had things opened up. tacked on 4-6 months of work. if you ever had the pleasure of renovating a home you know this all too well!

That explains the change from the article I saw a while back about starting access in June. 4-6 months would put it late 2019
