I don't think they should do away with the OOWP. Maybe do a 40% WP, 40% OWP and 20 OOWP%, but I don't think it should go below 20%. It does help factor in how decent a team is. For instance, when MA plays teams like South Stokes and they are 0-5, it is going to kill their OWP; however, because South Stokes have played teams like North Surry, East Surry, West Stokes, MA's OOWP will increase. South Stokes may not really be a 0-5 team (I know they aren't good and they already lost to Elkin, but I'm just using them as an example) if they played teams like Elkin, Roseman, South Davidson every week, they may be 3-2.
