Yes, I think you are correct. Many shadowy figures in those spaces. I also noticed what I thought were boxes behind the baskets but upon closer inspection it appears to be wheelchair seating and open concourse.The Arena Interior drawing appears to show the South stands, judging by the media table and courtside seats. If that's the case, then the boxes you mentioned would be the loge area directly in front of the N Club. Sanctum Sanctorum territory, to be sure.
