Brie, Cesar salad, lobster tail and filets. Bottle of Domaine LeSeurre Heritage and tiramisu for dessert. Tomorrow pork spare ribs, sauerkraut and potatoes in the crock pot.

A couple varieties of mini quiche (smoked salmon, mushroom feta, etc)
A crockpot of Reuben dip with toasted rye squares
BBQ meatballs
Crab hushpuppies w/ tartar or remoulade
Charcuterie board with 5-6 aged cheeses, variety of meats, crackers, dips, etc.

Started the New Year right. Just finished some of the blueberry scones and assorted other pastries and danishes with two cups of coffee. I’ll head out for a long walk soon. Then it will be jumbo shrimp and salad in the afternoon while watching Liverpool v. Newcastle and football playoff horse-a$$.

I'm grilling two nice filets from our local butcher later. Baked potatoes, some nice spinach and scallions will be on the plates as well.
