Gonna try a new twist on ye ‘ol pork and sauerkraut. Smoking the loin separate this year as opposed to crock potting it all together. What’s on your menu?

Never tried it that way as I have no smoker but swear by cooking it in our air fryer; comes out with a nice crispy crust and very juicy. Happy New Year
A $H*t load of Mucinex-D, Vicks saline spray solution, Tylenol ex-strength, juice and bed while the entire farm family will be enjoying my wife's traditional New Years Day meal for around 30 people.

New Mexico (Adobada) Roast Pork loin, collards, hoppin john, candied squash, and buttered garlic baguette slices (prefer cornbread) for dinner and vanilla ice cream with toppings bar for dessert, 5 of 6 of us are here (med student daughter had to do rotations at VA hospital in Cincinnati unfortunately)

They have great grandma's pizza, and Sicilian is some of the best around.

Belvedere , Gibraltar are good in that range . Bell fills up quick. Check the menu and see if this works for you. If not, I’ll look at some other places.

I have a Ninja 8qt\2 basket model and it works great. It allows you to cook 2 different items at the same time; only draw back is the baskets are smaller than a one basket model. We love it and make our meals with it 90% of the time. Everything comes out great but if you like baked potatoes there's no better way to make them! Good Luck!
