13 - Bullock (2016-18), Kone (2012-13)
22 - Foreman (2014-15), Billet (1999-01)
23 - Pettis (2007-09)
24 - Garrett (2012-13), Mitchell (2009-11)

Is Smith no longer with the team, since Harper is taking his number and a new one hasn't been announced?

Interesting that only Earl Pettis has worn 23 dating back to at least 1999 - looking for uniform numbers from before that.
