Yeah they are 1-2 with 1 pt win over ULM.

Looks like they played an ok game @ UVA. Noles obviously aren't good but it's not like this UofL team is Alabama.

Thoughts on this one?

Most certainly a dangerous team, with all of that high star talent. Defense is giving up a lot of yards, which has been attributed to poor conditioning. Halftime leads in all 3 games, but getting outscored 69-24 in the second half.

They seem to still be learning how to play the up-tempo offense Taggart likes. They are giving up nearly 500 yards of offense per game and being dominated in time of possession 37 minutes to 23.

Things are so negative in Tallahassee that the home field advantage will not be nearly as big as usual. FSU is barely averaging 50,000 fans per game this year.

I was in Tallahassee two years ago when they were pretty apathetic about Jimbo Fischer. It was not an intimidating crowd. They showed some life against UVA but to lose the way they did has to be pretty demoralizing.

I would like our chances better if this was at home. They still have better and bigger talent across the lines than we do. And with the health of our Qb's i don't think we win.

Weve come full circle.
Last year was a virtual, assured victory stolen by an idiot calling a pass play that snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

This is the game i circled.
FSU is a wounded tiger, backed in a corner. Hope to get their best as the Cards are getting "back to life"

Close game however this time the Cards win.

I believe this game will be the best barometer of where we are. Most of us expected the 2'1 start we{ve now achieved. There are 34 ACC toss up games we need to win to get bowl eligible and FSU is #1.

Well the first barometer of where we our was WKU. We handled them as we should have, obviously much better than last year. Next up as you stated is FSU will be our next barometer.

We are an early line 7 point underdog to FSU. I guess mainly because of the uncertainty of our QB and their being at home.
