"Parker may not become a true No. 1 receiver, as he struggles with physicality at the catch point"

The dude that wrote the above is clueless and has clearly never seen Parker play...not sure I've ever seen him get out muscled for a ball in 4 years!

About the author of the article. This explains a lot. If people like this are the "scouts" no wonder Teddy had "small hands and skinny legs".

If this guy knows a lick about DP, then I should be flying 777's.

Thanks for checking out my profile.
My name is Ian and, like many others, truly love football. Since you came this far, I'll give a little more insight about my background.
I completed my undergraduate degree at Ashland University and am currently finishing up my master's degree at the University of Houston. Although my goal is to become a scout in the NFL, I also enjoy working in student services at the university level.
I cover the Miami Dolphins here at Bleacher Report, and also provide defensive back scouting reports for the NFL draft. My goal is to be unbiased, fair and informative with my articles and research.
I'm also a scouting consultant for the CFL and NFL with my work for Optimum Scouting. As the lead scout for the Big Ten, American Athletic Conference and the Southern Conference, I'm able to provide in-depth scouting reports that are seen by many professional teams. It's something I'm very passionate about and hope to obtain a NFL internship to further my goals.
We do weekly film breakdowns on my Twitter account, so join me there as we look at the game in a more intelligent manner. I strongly believe that the film bears truth, so swing by as we delve in!

If Parker is availble when the Vikings pick, I think it will be very difficult for them not to take Parker. No doubt Teddy would be thrilled having played three seasons with Parker and the Vikings would have a very rare combination with such a young talented combo knowing each other so well. I know Cooper is considered the top WR but Minnesota would have to take Parker.

Agreed. Throwing that combo around brings a certain phrase to mind: scary good.

With Teddy in as the franchise QB i don't think it's anyway they pass up on Parker.

Teddy will know which to choose since he played with Cooper in H.S., but def a difficult decision.

That matters not because Cooper will be gone by the time the Vikes pick.

Right on CFBM ... I tend to think Parker just has a special ability to snatch anything thown his way.
I'd take Parker but that's my Cardinal red glasses talking.

That's the point I was making I believe Oakland will draft Cooper.

Not according to this mock draft. If he is gone by the time the Vikings pick, Parker is a no brainer. But teams don't always pick the right guys. Just ask Cleveland.
