Well according to the news, as of right now, Tom Brady may or may not be retired. XD

Brilliant idea to have the halftime show team on the field trying to review the first half while the halftime performance is going on.

LOL, like i said earlier in this thread, you know nothing about the NFL

Here for my helping of crow!

As far as knowing nothing about the NFL, you can maybe say that. Since you do know everything about the NFL, how big a ticket are you cashing for the Bengals winning the AFC title? Since you knew the whole time that they were going to win all three games, surely you bet at least enough to pay your house off and put your kids through school, right?

Congrats the Bengal fans here though - your team is Super Bowl bound and mine doesn't even have a name :)

My son works for the NFL and the Bengals. I knew they were good. My kids all have already graduated from UK. Five of them. My two homes are paid for. Anything else?

Congrats! Just think, you could have bought two more with your internal knowledge of the fact that the Bengals were the best team in the AFC. Opportunity cost, man! You gotta strike while the iron is hot. Being employed by both the NFL and an NFL franchise seems a little conflict of interesty though. Pretty cool that he can feed the Bengals with all that info he learns from the league office.

How are Bengals fans feeling about the match-up with the Rams?

I was impartial about the Chiefs/Bengals matchup. I was rooting for the upset, but I do like Mahomes. However, I'm rooting for the Bengals outright in the SB. It's fellow AFC, I don't like LA teams, ETC.

Obviously they won't be any sort of favorite or picked to win, but hoping that maybe the Bengals defense will have an easier time against the Rams offense, and offense that's just not as dynamic (IMO) as the Chiefs. Plus, Stafford looks a bit worn down. Maybe that can be the difference. Because Burrow is going to have to have a perfect game. We're talking the type of perfect game Josh Allen had, that still ultimately lost to KC.

I was begging for a Niners win — for obvious reasons. Average QB, average offense, they don’t have the Rams’ D line, etc. And the most obvious reason, in our two previous Super Bowl appearances, the Niners broke my heart. The first, I was only 19 and we never led. But the second one, I was 25 and a more mature sports fan. That loss will always be tied with our loss to Duke in 92, as the most painful sports losses of my lifetime.

Now we have the Rams, and I hate it. Their strength is our weakness. The Titans D line killed us. The Rams’ D line is better. The Bengals have somehow gotten this far without an explosive offensive performance. That will have to change now, because I don’t think we can cover Cooper Kupp. We have two really good safeties, but I’m not as confident about our corners. Unless we can hold off Aaron Donald, the Bengals will need our first 30+ point game of the postseason.

It shapes up as a good game but ace on the river has a guy in both the NFL office and the Bengals front office who says this game won’t be close. Bet all the houses you have on Cincy.

Not sure you’re in the best position to mock someone for their prediction. You’ve been pretty awful…

Agree to an extent, but anyone can make a prediction. I came back for my crow and he just said that he’s got guys on the inside and knew the Bengals were going to win. If he really knew that, he’d have so much money right now he wouldn’t be posting on a message board.

Well personally I think it all depends if LA solely puts Ramsey on Chase. If they do it’s going to be a field day for Mixon, Higgins and Boyd and especially Uzomah.

you have to have quick hits designed, and plenty of RB screens because their outside guys are Floyd/Miller who also are there to pass rush.

Let them be over aggressive while you quick hit them to death.

on the flip side do your best to put Stafford in a position to make plays because he will make bad throws and their OL is not the best so hopefully Hendrickson gets some pressure.

30th ranked pass block win rate vs 1st ranked pass rush win rate.

Going to need Joe to be Superhuman and also for him not to get hurt. If we don't come up with a way to win on 1st downs and also to run the ball we're in trouble. I think we have to play action a lot on 1st downs and try to get 2nd and short so we can run it more. If we get behind and they start coming for the QB we're in trouble.

Lots of 1st down play action with screens and slants to get 2nd and 5 or less. Must throw in this game to setup the run. Critical for us.
