I think Harlem and East will make it to 5 wins. Belv North will have to beat East in week 9 to make it in. Boylan will probably lose to East and miss the playoffs. Boylan lacks depth on the lines and is weak on the perimeter defensively. Hononegah is the best team in the conference and can probably make a decent run in 7a depending on who they draw.
