Umm..WKU beat a better S. Miss team from last year like a drum. What is factually incorrect in what he said?? He's right ya know.

He's right, but Mississippi state should be more upset. State has actually been a decent program in recent history and are a football focused school. At least UK has never been good at football for well over a decade, had a few decent years under Brooks but that's it, and is a basketball school. Destroyed Alabama all three times last season in our sport.

I don't really read that as an insult to Kentucky. It's just Saban trying to get Alabama to take WKU seriously.

Nothing insulting about the truth.

If WKU and southern miss played today, WKU wins by at least 21.

We could be a good football team, we have the players, we have the offensive coaches but unfortunately our head coach/defensive coordinator are handcuffing us.

That was a compliment to WKU and a motivation to his team to be ready. He was talking about UK and Miss St who both had bad losses. He's right so it doesn't bother me in the least

I am sure Saban does not lose any sleep thinking about playing UK on 10/15. He can leave his first and second tier players in the dorm, give them the day off and still come away with a win.

Does anyone on here think the team should show up for the Alabama game, or should we just forfeit. I personally am in favor of playing it. We'll teach Saban to shoot off his mouth about UK. He must be nervous about facing our team. I believe he thinks we threw the second half against USM to get him off balance.

Answer?

Coaching. Bobby Petrino and Jeff Brohm can coach circles around Mark Stoops.

Saban is right.
