Tomlin hires Yurcich to replace Canada. I will lose my freakin mind. I think Tomlin is smarter than that because the amount of PSU Alumni in the burgh will crucify him.

No dog in this fight, but I don't see Yurcich as anything other than a college level coach. I also think he needs to go back to whatever the BIG 12 is, because the top notch defenses there are significantly less troublesome than even the middle of the road defenses in the B18.

I think Tomlin and Franklin are both in the same boat in that these need to be home run hires. PSU is in better shape going after an OC with two good QBs and two good RBs. The cupboard is full if they can get a WR and some OL (am told we are OK there). Steelers have personnel issues on offense.

As long as Tomlin stays married to Pickett, no OC will help the Steelers.
