NIL Idea

Have an NIL idea. A portion of NJ Lottery proceeds allegedly goes towards public school funding. The lottery now has many different Draw & Scratch-off games. Why not create a specific lottery game that would entail half the proceeds of the game going towards Rutgers NIL & half the proceeds going to the Winner. Not sure if NJ Division 3 public schools have NIL, if so they could be included in the proceeds. They have 50/50s at games now so it's not a totally crazy idea.

Good luck with that. NJ citizens barely tolerate RU athletic programs as it is. Particularly football.

My point is it's voluntary not like a Tax or a School Fee which is mandatory. I'd buy them personally.

I like the idea. But I don't think the lottery commission would go for it. It would take away from the other games they sponsor where the money goes elsewhere.

There is a bill in the house right now that would make it illegal to use these fees for NIL
