Bro DA has the locker room stocked with scones and Starbucks. Subsequently, he owns the place. How fun will it be for Allar to pull up to Lasch in a brand new gift Tesla while some walk-on arrives in his 1979 Toyota Corolla? That will be great for the locker room.
Few moving parts, and largely all repairs done are software. But okay , have at it. We will know Tesla has hit your mainstream when they're seen up on blocks outside a double wide. You couldn’t give me a Tesla… piece of junk cars. Always in need of service and only Tesla can service them. They give you Uber credits while you wait, guess they don’t want you driving a better rental car.
Looked like the Model 3 which is priced 45-60k, a fair amount of money but not "fancy". Although for many of us in college it would be ballsy.I got to wonder how many players end up having fancy cars.
Teslas have great performance, lots of technology, but they are not fancy. No wood, vegan leather.I got to wonder how many players end up having fancy cars.
Lol at this?Read somewhere some football players at other schools getting Corvettes, even a Lamborghini. Will try to find. Some of these other schools laugh at Tesla cars.
hopefully they are getting some cash to cover the income tax on the gifted vehicle. personally, I would prefer all cash NIL deal.Saw recently that Allar, King, Carter and now Olu all have Teslas through NIL deals

Would be it be any different than Allar showing up with Kaylee Hartung and the 6th string DT showing up with Mowins???How fun will it be for Allar to pull up to Lasch in a brand new gift Tesla while some walk-on arrives in his 1979 Toyota Corolla? That will be great for the locker room.
You think 18-22 yrs olds care about that? Yes, if they can have a Vet or sports car over a Tesla, most of them would select the fancy option. Does not mean it is the smart option.Lol at this?

I went over this with you last week. It's a one year lease on a Tesla sedan with advertising logos from the company that is lending the cars. There's literally no tax implications. Please make it stop!hopefully they are getting some cash to cover the income tax on the gifted vehicle. personally, I would prefer all cash NIL deal.

@BobPSU92 you’re biased. Assume she wasn’t your dream girl. Or replace her with Peetz or SandySixth-string DT for the win.
Better yet, replace her with Peetz AND Sandy. Partayayayayayay!!!!@BobPSU92 you’re biased. Assume she wasn’t your dream girl. Or replace her with Peetz or Sandy

my company provides vehicles including all costs to our sales team with logo on the side = same thing. we are required to add imputed income on their W2, and they need to keep a mileage record. the ones that are agents (not employees) get 1099. our avg person is getting about $10k per year added to their income for taxes. those are the IRS rules, and this is no different. the fact that is a lease is not relevant.I went over this with you last week. I’d refuse the company car at 25 per stupid rather choose my own carmy company provides vehicles including all costs to our sales team with logo on the side = same thing. we are required to add imputed income on their W2, and they need to keep a mileage record. the ones that are agents (not employees) get 1099. our avg person is getting about $10k per year added to their income for taxes. those are the IRS rules, and this is no different. the fact that is a lease is not relevant.
explain how a person can provide value (i.e. NIL or any services) and receive value tax free? our exec team who are getting $100k vehicles are getting hit for about $25k imputed income per year, so will be very interested in knowing how to legally evade that tax.
Are these players employed by Inch and Company? Who determines the worth?my company provides vehicles including all costs to our sales team with logo on the side = same thing. we are required to add imputed income on their W2, and they need to keep a mileage record. the ones that are agents (not employees) get 1099. our avg person is getting about $10k per year added to their income for taxes. those are the IRS rules, and this is no different. the fact that is a lease is not relevant.

They don't have to be employed by the company. Company sends them a 1099, probably for the lease payments made during the year. Are these players employed by Inch and Company? Who determines the worth?
I'm going to start 1099ing my 18 year old daughter for using our leased vehicle.
And a booster pays the players agent the $500 to take care of it, right? My point is, the world isn't coming to an end for deals like this. They don't have to be employed by the company. Company sends them a 1099, probably for the lease payments made during the year.
None of these deals are earth-shattering, but they do generate taxable income to the players, regardless of who does the paper work (and charges them for it).And a booster pays the players agent the $500 to take care of it, right? My point is, the world isn't coming to an end for deals like this.
If other reporting is true, top players are getting $700,000+ to commit to some schools. That's when serious tax money comes into play. But again, their agents should handle these things.
They are not good cars. Better electric options are on the market.Few moving parts, and largely all repairs done are software. But okay , have at it. We will know Tesla has hit your mainstream when they're seen up on blocks outside a double wide.
Apparently GM has been servicing Teslas. They are not good cars. Better electric options are on the market.
