Jersey schools beating Purdue when there’s a 1 next to its name. It’s tradition! Not to mention St. Peter’s. Love it!!
No wonder the committee kept us out haha. They were like “who’s your best win?” And we were like uhhhhh Purdue haha

You're right, but you're also talking about not highly rated freshman who have gotten worn down and exposed, in large part by Rutgers and the way we played them. If you are physically and mentally capable doesn’t matter how old you are.
You watch Hofstra fdu St. Peter’s etc and wonder why can’t we get guard play
we need to start battling Hofstra, St. Peter’s and FDU for recruits. don’t bother with anyone with B1G offers.

pike couldnt have made it any clearer that there are certain easily gained edges to make your team better positioned to succeed that he has no interest in pursuing.
But FDU is in Teaneck—Hackensack, across the river, was our big rival.
FDU and Princeton knock out 1 and 2seeds. New Jersey proud. Wished we could have joined them. Let’s hope the other 5 Big teams make some noise.
I recall Indiana and Illinois both had very highly rated guards in the not so distant past that never materialized into stars. Geo even commented on it in a podcast.
Well, the campus split between the two municipalities, with the basketball court being in Hackensack and most of the key buildings being on the Teaneck side.
In conference games, teams only shoot 7.8 FTM and 10.7 FTA vs Purdue.
That's it over a 20 game schedule. Least in both categories.
They shoot 13.6-18.4, 2nd most and 3rd most
Last year, teams shoot 10.6-14.2, 2nd and 1st least
Penn St shoots the least of any B1G team 7.4-10.4 in conf
B1G shoots the 2nd most vs Nebraska in conf
B1G shoots the 3rd and 4th most vs Rutgers in conf

If Gavin played like Loyer, I’d be insanely dissapointed. Dude was less than 37% from the field this year.
Another “brilliant” statement. These guys are tiny. This is a one game sample. They would be destroyed in a 20 game BTN schedule.
We just drove through the FDU campus. It’s completely dead. I think that they are spring break.
The amazing St Peter’s guards must’ve killed it when they transferred, right? Oh, well Daryl Banks did solid in a bad A10, Matthew Lee barely got minutes for Missouri State and Edert was a total flop in a worse conference. Cam Spencer better than all those guards besides maybe Hofstra’s Estrada.
