So we had a size advantage against Alabama, including their starting Center getting hurt in the first half. Why TF was there no post game strategy? Moreno, MD, JQ we're non existent. Their was no strategy. Our wings and guards we're having to do everything.

I didn't watch but I'd imagine Oats knows how to exploit their massive perimeter advantage better than Pope with our theoretical interior advantage.
Why we arent posting JQ every time, to hopefully draw some double teams, is beyond me.

It’s only a good strategy if you can score from it, and unfortunately, I’m not sure any of our guys are really polished enough scoring with their back to the basket for it to be worth playing through them like that.
What I was most disappointed with was getting beat on the boards. That’s almost entirely cost Alabama a couple of their tougher games so far this year, but our bigs consistently got outworked on 50/50 balls. Total dud of an effort today.

True... but we need to find out, or develop a big with a baby hook REAL SOON.
Moreno has a promising interior game both offensively and defensively, yet he’s young. JQ is pretty raw offensively and can’t shoot FTs. I’ve seen glimpses of a decent interior game from Jelavic but he’s never at the game evidently. We need to look at our interior game as a dish or lob situation, especially for JQ. Garrison is good for back up minutes.
