No matter what UK gets the toughest 2 seed that should be a 1 seed

Everyone doing their mock bracketologies and such and predicting how Wisconsin can move up to a 1 seed...who cares anymore. The committee has made it clear. Geography trumps all and that will result in UK getting one of the following two teams as their 2.

1. Wisconsin. And if they win out and move up...
2. Virginia. As many say, two teams from one conference? May not happen.

Both are geographically close to Cleveland relative to other sites, and Duke will move up to Syracuse if UVA drops down so they cannnot be sent there so they will be sent to Cleveland with UK.

The only way UK gets Kansas or Gonzaga is if the following are 1 seeds: 1. UK. 2. Duke 3. Wisconsin 4. UVA.

If Villanova does not lose, and maybe Arizona as well, the above has 0 chance of happening.

No one is scared of anyone, but everyone just needs to prepare themselves for the screwjob bracket UK will get Sunday evening ahead of time, as you will also see the top 3, 4, 5, and 8 and 9 seeds in our bracket as well.

At this point, not sure I care anymore. The unevenness/politics of the NCAA just gets old. Line'em up and knock'em down.

Will the NCAA possibly go against their norm and be under too much media pressure to actually do what's right and not place Wisconsin in our bracket? I think the gauntlet was laid down yesterday with the NCAA chair and his geography disclaimer. I have zero faith in the NCAA to do anything remotely fair, just and right.

Bottom line, it would be more unjust to Wisconsin and not UK.

We are the best team in the nation. If we play up to our potential, it won't matter who we play.

As much as I don't want to see Wisc in the E8, I've expected this for a long time.

I think, if we truly are 'great' we will take them all on and be there in the end to claim #9.

Well said. Look at last years squad. There is absolutely know way anyone can call their run a fluke with the gauntlet they had to go through to get to the championship. That would have went for any team that made it out of our bracket. Mamby-pam cakewalks and playing teams with injured players are for the 2010 Duke's of the world.
