Look I'm a long time season ticket holder and attend road games as well... The UK administration stiffed loyal UK fb fans for 50+ years from basketball only (are you listening Hagan and get in his name off the field CM Newton) for not hiring Schnellenburger to be the coach to a total lack of $$$$$$$$$ support for facilities, but thru all this the fans continued to come until they stiffed Brooks on building facilities and the Joker debacle... For those of you who don't think UK fans want to be sec competitive in fb I give you the spring games MS first two years...UK HAS THE BEST FANS IN THE COUNTRY , but many have become tired of the BS from the admin... The money has now started flowing and now it is time to get a leader to take us to the next level... Don't Settle For Less!!! Build it and the fans will come!

Not hiring Snell was the worst decision besides letting the Bear go.

TL;DR

Quick takeaways:
Fans to blame for piss poor fundamentals.
22 year old men lack object permanence. No body play peak-a-boo with our team, they'll lose their ****.

It might turn out better having him as a player than having him as a coach, who knows. LOL

But I do hope we didn't have to hire him, that sounds like something OTIS would do.

We came out flat and they were high, to be expected to some extent. Stoops tried to rest Johnson because he needed the rest, he has taken a beating all by himself, and it was showing, He also started some seniors, also understandable. This game was never in doubt IMO, and we outscored them 21-0 in the first and third quarters before slacking off to one TD in the fourth quarter.

Too many agendas on here, fire the coach being the most obvious one------and the dumbest one at the present time, IMO, but maybe you can discourage some recruits, according to the mother of one of our young players..

I am not a big detractor of the athletics administration, but they MUST do better than this for Senior Day scheduling in the future. The opponent needs to have a pulse.

Maybe more people would attend and stick around. A lot of people travel distance to attend when the stadium fills. I for one am not devoting my entire weekend to watching us play a collection of stiffs, Senior Day or not.

I am glad we are bowl eligible. It would have been nice to witness it against UGA, or an opponent half as good as them. Progress next year will be marked by this team not pissing away such games.

Yep half empty stadiums don't effect game. From this point forward all games will be played at Nutter. Fans...who needs em.
If you need fans to avoid going down 13-0 to Austin Peay I'm not sure how you beat anybody decent. It wasn't the fans fault. The team thought they'd coast just by showing up. They realized they couldn't do that after starting 0-13. When they realized they would have to try it was a rout after that. The start wasn't on the fans. At all.

Of course blaming the fans is another "agenda" now isn't it? It's pretty obvious and dumb as well.

Recall the atmosphere last season prior to the EKU Game? Remember Coach Stoop's comments regarding getting reps for reserves? Did we not hear this same refrain prior to the APU Game? What about the statements by fans prior to the game? When we view such an atmosphere, it is no wonder that the players would get "caught-up" in such a mind set!!!
