Brian Badke of Brother Rice. CCL Blue Conference Champion after beating Montini Week #9. 2-7 in 2017. 9-0 in 2018 plus #1 Seed in 8A Playoffs. Coach of the Year. Congrats on an incredible season!
Going to say Nick Cook of Chicago Christian. Friday's 34-33 win over Fenton clinched a playoff spot for the first time since 2008; the Knights were down 33-18 with 6 minutes to play and pulled it off. Since his arrival in 2015, the Knights have gone 1-8, 3-6, 4-5, and now 6-3.
Badke! After last years team and all the negative comments about him, he obviously is greatly responsible for improving this years team thru recruiting and game plans.
Scott Godfrey from Bloomington HS.....takes 6A program back to playoffs for first time in five years in his first year as HC after coming from a 2A school (Warrensburg-Latham)
