North Rowan Hires long time assistant coach (at WR/NR) in Josh Sophia to lead the Cavaliers this season as their next HFC!

Josh has been the head coach at Camden for the past several years. He’s done a great job there and will be a huge hit returning back to RoCo.

Good move.

Enjoyed watching those NR teams on film back then. They were super fast and very well coached. I expect that to continue once the transition occurs and the kids get used to it, they haven't been in the past few years.
