Northwest Cabarrus at Carson

I think NW kicks their butt, I’ll say NW puts on a clinic and has a running clock.

I know it’s bold but NW has talent!

[Grey-Green and Gold]

Your right... NW is very tough...

[NCFB73]

Closer than I thought.

[Grey-Green and Gold]

It's a tough league... Win is a win...

False information?

What?

[Stick32]

Forfeit

[Vik-Val 86]

I’m curious as why they had to forfeit

[K84]

From what I read, there was no forfeit. The officials called the game with 2 minutes and 15 seconds to go in the game and ran off the field. there was some type of malfunction of the clock.

[K84]

the game clock
INEXPLICABLY went from 6:47 to 2:14
during the extra point kick from NWC.
There were long and passionate discussions among officials, team representatives, and school officials.
Replays of game plays seemed to verify the clock discrepancy, but officials required the clock to be set at 2:15. Carson was behind 21-7 when the officials sprinted off the field and the game was declared OVER

[BlueDevil1996!]

Crazy as hell - there been a lot crazy stuff this yr

[NCFB73]

I have never liked playing at Carson. There always seems to be something. Last year their fans were trying to get a visitor team rilled up in the restroom at halftime. Always disliked that the teams have to use the public restroom.

Does a official keep time on field?
