The B1G slate for that week:

Illinois @ Purdue listed for either 3:30/4/7:30 on one of the B1G partners.
Louisiana @ Minny noon

Games not yet set are:
Sparty @ Iowa
Michigan @ Nebraska
PSU @ NW
Wagner @ Rutgers (music should be outstanding)
Indy @ Twerps

No guesses from Matt yet. Gut tells me Michigan @ Nebraska is prime time. Who knows if Sparty will implode? I don't know what number the Twerps pulled last night vs Charlotte, but probably not good. Wagner-Rutgers ain't going prime time. I think it's possible PSU-NW could be, depending on if Fox takes UM-Nebraska for Big Noon. if it does, then I would think of that lineup NBC might want PSU-NW for decent ratings. Just my .02. It's possible Illinois-Purdue takes that spot as well.

I will probably be in Vienna or Munich so I'm rooting for afternoon. Prime time means I'll probably miss it.

I have absolutely nothing to go on but here is my rationale for the Northwestern kickoff...
Delaware and Illinois were/will be at noon
Iowa and West Virginia were/will be at night
UMass will be at 3:30 so...Northwestern will be 3:30
That way you'll have two, two, and two
Sound good?

No. Your thoughts have absolutely nothing to do with how TV determines the kick off times/tv coverage.

Matt Sarz did his usual prediction of all the TV windows, and has PSU-NW on NBC prime time. There is a Peacock window at 3:30 as well, but his crystal ball puts Iowa @ Sparty there. Here's his blog post:
