Am I doing something wrong? Tix for our game there look like $1000ish on their athletic department site. Secondary ticket marketplace looks like around $300. What’s the story here?

Fancy new stadium, relatively small. The usual attraction of an el ride to Chicago. Tickets are going to be very pricey.

NW had 5 or 6 of the top 10 most expensive tickets in CFB this year with the new stadium and small capacity.

We have been to Evanston for numerous games over the years but decided a few years back to stop going. Chicago has gone to hell and Illinois is not much better.

Tailgating isn't great in Evanston unless the new stadium changes something.

Hotel and city taxes are ridiculous.

Gas tax and tolls add to the bill.

Sad, because we use to go to the theatre while in the city, enjoyed a few dinners out and shopping. Not any more.

Yep…same here. It’s a shame what’s happened to Chicago.
