Nueheisel is a gifted offensive football mind and I believe Chip was behind his hiring, he see's a great young coach when he see's one. This is the problem with the old man mentalities we have with Nebraska, never trust the young up and comers, stay with the old retreads and when they don't work go and hire another. Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
