I acknowledge I'm in the minority of Penn State fans (not all fans) that don't believe "honor" was truly relevant. Joe was a great man and much more intelligent than many here acknowledge.

If you're unaware Lanning is more highly regarded and therefore would have created more excitement with a stronger reaction then you need to pay attention to college football outside Penn State--but I'm confident you already know that and you're just looking for a fight--be better--you're not this dumb

He’ll promote extremist opinions (often vapid unsupported/unsupportable ones) and will ignore any evidence against them and keep suggesting they’re fact. When actually and directly proven wrong, he still won’t admit it. He has done this SO many times, and has never wavered from this methodology. He’s either a dedicated troll, or there’s an issue … you know … up there.

Which goes to...Penn State spends more money than most here believe. Especially in 2025 we would have rivaled anyone.
Instead of Iowa State kids following MC we'd have had Oregon kids following him.
This isn't insulting MC. I'm glad he's here. It's just acknowledging their tiers of coaches and Lanning is considered to be stronger than Campbell currently. Hopefully that changes over the next decade
