When I think of sports I think of something where you have to run hard to score, chased by a a large human being who wants to take your head off, not a stroll through manicured pastures trying to hit a hard boiled Easter egg into a hole with a stick.

Retirement is like that. I spend most of my unscheduled free time on the golf course (SoCal weather is great for that). And, my wife would rather I hit the links than sit around the house in front of the boob tube -- or arguing with her. Of course, that's all changed for now. Hopefully we all will be back to normal soon.

I don’t have time to go out in a field, hit a little white ball, search for it, just so I can hit it again and then go looking for it again.
One shouldn't trivialize things that others find comfort in, especially now.
If it was played with polo mallets with wooden balls by drunks on ATV's, that could be interesting.
