I'm telling you we need a little more trash talking to get some competitive banter rolling on here. Too many philosophers and not enough fans sometimes. It will pick up as some of the other folks start returning as the season inches closer
Come on Hamspear. I am as quiet as mouse and humble as a begger. Nothing to crow about when Sherando, Monacan, Salem and Lafayette are the prohibitive favorites for the dance. Just ask SalemMike, mbonape1, Lafayette and the head sandbagger.of them all "Hamspear".
By the way Martinsburg came down to Richmond and won the 7 v.7. They beat some very good teams in the process. They have some talented skill players.

I think BN (and DP) is quite reserved about Dinwiddie.... that is until they make the championship game and his chest and head get so big they won't fit through the stadium gate. He starts making bets involving hats and handing out stress balls. For those in attendance it was quite amusing to see. Oh btw I still have a hat for you to model BN.
The game could have gone either way, but the way things went down, it was one of the best feelings I've ever had. I'm just glad the shoe wasn't on the other foot. (Or hat on the other head in this case!)
The loss was almost worth it to see him in a Salem hat. Incidently, a certain, well connected individual at Dinwiddie said if he sees a picture of him in a Salem hat, he will be subject to a lifetime ban from all things Dinwiddie.

I am supposed to be coming up next weekend to umpire the USSSA Womens Open Fastpitch World Series. If things work out I will collect my hat and fullfill my bet.
After honoring my wager I plan to put the hat on my deer target's head and use it for archery practice.

A big part of my happiness that day was just getting together with the fellowship and camaraderie of the fellow "VaPreppers". I also enjoyed our banter, but I'm glad you started it! Of course Salem winning the game in such a dramatic fashion didn't hurt matters.

Heck no Hamspear. You misinterpreted my post. I said I would put a curse the Warriors and they would lose by 7. I might be crazy but I am not stupid. Without devine intervention James Wood has no chance.
Mike, I am getting pretty good with my crossbow, but have never shot at anything as fast as your hot rod scooter: however, if you are cruising Main Street with your red headed, green eyed babe in your lap and get distracted I might have a chance.
