Guessing he'll play for sure either way. Hopefully FSU makes a game of it.

Is Milton their starter?
The other option is Jordan Travis. His stat line from last year wasn't terribly impressive. He's a run first guy that's actually played some at running back.

I'm guessing Milton.

If so? What a freaking awesome comeback story!!!!!

I never root for Notre Dame unless it benefits Nebraska. Not sure which way to go in this one.
I hear ya! Of course we're all conditioned to despite ND. Then, in my home, my wife is a huge Florida fan, so I'm required--er, conditioned--to despise FSU. ;)

If, however, Milton plays---I gotta pull for FSU. Plus they're the dogs going in. Mostly hoping they can make it a good game.

I don't watch either team really so don't know what to expect . I can't root for ND and as a old Husker fan it's difficult to root for FSU.

Yikes, that was pathetic tackling and defense. Until the Oline for FSU can pass block better, probably best not to put Milton out there.

wow. #52 for FSU got away with a blatant hold (tackle actually) to spring that RB for that TD. Wowser.

That was a sweet freaking drive by the Noles
College football is so eratic now. They go from getting their O line destroyed on one play to a long off tackle zone read run on the next one. Is it the offenses or the way they let O linemen grab now or what? FSU's O line is schizo.

I hear you but I didn't say it was a sweet game overall by Florida state, that was just a great drive and here they are up by a touchdown over ND in prime time.

Like I said...up by 4 in prime time.
Kind of a sloppy game so far IMO. Lots of fumbled snaps and inconsistent O line play I think. Kind of normal for a first game I guess. ;) IF you're a team with national title hopes it kind of sucks to open the year with a talented opponent.

Milton looks good. Happy for that kid.

ND took feet off the gas on defense waaay to early. 3 man front allowed FSU to get momentum. Still not sure what the thought process was behind that. Now they have to fight for there lives...

I don't like rooting for a Florida school, but Notre Dame could lose every game and it wouldn't be enough.
