Because you want to be educated about how corrupt the NRA is and how they used your money and how joined at the hip they are/were with Russia? Oh, my bad, never mind.

LOL

Minority staff report is the D movie of the Ukrainian Film Festival.

Pssst, Wyden's staff wrote it.

Aren’t you making an assumption that we’re all members of the NRA?

I’m not nor have I ever been.

I don't even own a gun...My personalized Louisville Slugger works just fine.
I have a small arsenal, ranging from black powder rifles and pistols, to a Japanese Arasaka rifle picked up off of a dead nip in Okinawa by my grandfather, a Mauser and Luger sent home by my Great Uncle, various cowboy guns and rifles, hunting rifles and shotguns, and all of my tactical purchases of pistols, shotguns, sniper rigs and AWs. I even have a Prussian Officer Artillery Regiment’s ceremonial sword my great uncle picked up and sent home before some krauts killed him while they were feigning surrender.

Doesn’t mean I’m in the NRA.

I agree. I kind of wish I would have got the gun bug, but I never did. I had two uncles who fought in the Pacific and both were POW's. My mom remembered that when they finally came home, she did not even recognize them as they were so thin. They both died fairly early due to malaria and other issues from being starved to near death. Needless to say, they were huge racist of anything asian until they died.

My uncle on my fathers side was a bomber pilot in the pacific. He was close friends to the GI from the movie Unbroken, Louis "Louie" Zamperini. My uncle is still alive and with it after all of these years. He was a really good college football player and ended up coaching in PA for the next 30 years. He put a couple of his players in the NFL, and they actually played for the Steelers, which is really cool. We are all from N. WV and W. PA.

I love living in a free country. Our constitution gives you the right to have those weapons and the left wants to strip you of those rights and freedoms....and of course, you already know that, but the point can't be stressed enough.
