Apparently highly rated 2025 “big man” recruit Tommy Ahneman is leaving his high school team in North Dakota for a private high school in Minneapolis St Paul. The school is Cretin-Derham Hall in St. Paul,MN. It’s been published that the move is because a family member received a job offer in Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Amazing how much this kid has blown up over the last few weeks. Thought we had a great shot at landing him; now looks like his recruitment will be a real battle.

Cretin-Derham Hall (possibly) has the distinction of being the only high school to produce two baseball Hall of Famers, Paul Molitor and Joe Mauer.

Daniel Oturu went from Cretin to the Gophs to the NBA.
