I kept saying last year and just after the season, the key piece to that team that was missing was Mast as with him we make the dance and finally win a game in it. One thing I see missing this year however, while these guys can make it rain the D isn't as good as last years. Imagine if we had Brice and Juwan on this years squad with what we have now. This team would be deadly imo.
I agree with all of that. I remember not long ago when we struggled to score 60.. now we have a legit offense but our defense kind of stinks. I guess we can’t have both lol

They pass and run their offense well. Shoot the ball very well. Defense on the other hand is a problem.
I don’t know if I’d go there yet. There will be plenty of games we hold teams to 50s and 60s as well. We did give up 97 to Iowa last year. And 104 to Purdue, 82 to Rutgers. I think Oklahoma will be a good squad this year. We didn’t have a good defensive performance, I definitely agree.
Unfortunately I haven’t even been able to listen to any of their games yet.
Pretty impressive to get punched in the mouth like that in the first game against a real opponent and not panic. This team has a lot of experienced players.
