Oatmeal Pie Recipe

Oatmeal Pie



1 ? unbaked pie shell

2 ? Eggs

1 ? Cup Sugar

¾ - Cup Dark Corn Syrup

½ - Cup melted butter

½ - Teaspoon salt

1 ? Teaspoon vanilla

½ - Cup shredded coconut

¾ - Cup uncooked oatmeal

¼ - Cup chopped pecans

Mix all filling ingredients until well blended

Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350o for 1-hour
