Iran has carried out a new medium range ballistic missile test in breach of two United Nations Security Council resolutions, a senior U.S. official told Fox News on Monday.

Western intelligence says the test was held Nov. 21 near Chabahar, a port city in southeast Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province near the border with Pakistan. The launch took place from a known missile test site along the Gulf of Oman.

The missile, known as a Ghadr-110, has a range of 1,800 – 2000 km, or 1200 miles, and is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. The missile fired in November is an improved version of the Shahab 3, and is similar to the precision guided missile tested by Iran on Oct. 10, which elicited strong condemnation from members of the U.N. Security Council.

“The United States is deeply concerned about Iran's recent ballistic missile launch," Samantha Power, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., said in a statement after the last Iranian ballistic missile test in October.

Thank Barak Hussein Obama for all of it.

Samantha Power said the U.S. is deeply concerned. The missiles can't reach the U.S. but they can reach Israel, while armed with nuclear tipped warheads. My guess is that Israel is much more deeply concerned than Samantha.

Fortunately Iran has no nukes and Israel does. Israel shouldn't be too concerned but they'll probably make a lot of noise regarding it.

Do you need a nuclear bomb to make a mess out of things or just the ability to spread a lot of nuclear radiation?

Thought Iran had been forgotten about. Put the most dangerous opposition on the back burner while we visit the distraction provided by Muslims who may or may not be a terror threat. Our president is interested only in getting out of town unscathed.

Do you think that Iran is ready to launch missiles at Israel?

Do you think the Mullah's are sane? They want to eradicate Israel. They and their people will be martyred. Israel can retaliate but it would be far too late. Israel would be destroyed. You and Obama are counting on Iran's leaders being sane and most intelligent people would not be making that argument.

You seem to be drinking the kool-aid. All of the tough talk has you scared. Boo!! If Iran did anything stupid, Israel would level the populated areas of Iran. You keep forgetting that there are many nations in this agreement.

I hate to be confused. Will you please advise me as to what "world events... actually happening. I know you really want to explain so the rest of the world will be as enlightened as you. But will you really expose yourself and share your wisdom? That is the question the World awaits.

You're the one drinking the kool-aid. You obviously trust the Iranians. I think that's insane. I don't care if the entire world is part of this agreement, one missile could destroy Israel. And the world could do nothing about it. Israel could retaliate before the missile struck, but it wouldn't change anything.

You're on your presidential knee pads but Obama has been wrong on virtually every major foreign policy decision of his administration. Can you point to any significant success? And letting Iran get a nuke, as this agreement guarantees, is the most insane of all.

You thought Iran had been forgotten about. Wrong. You think that the "most dangerous opposition" has been put on the "back burner". Wrong. I can't translate your last sentence but if you think that the prez doesn't want to put thousands of ground troops in Syria then you are probably right but I'm just guessing at what your last sentence means.

You should quit trying to guess what other people think because you're always wrong. Who will launch this one big nuke missile you speak of? and when?

Oh, that's right. You're the dope that was making that idiotic analogy about bombs doing more damage than an assault weapon. Great thread btw lol.

Damned if I want you correcting me if you cannot understand what the last sentence means. Hint: Awaiting your analysis.

Wrong, Iran is not forgotten about. News media has been all over Iran the last couple weeks - not. President Address to Nation brought us up to date on work with Iran - not.

Wrong , Iran is not on the "back burner" - not. See prior paragraph.

Your saying something is wrong really does not make it so. Where is it wrong in your strongly opinionated little mind? I may be wrong, and will accept it if you will offer some verification beyond "wrong".

Are you a White House insider? How would you know what the U.S. government is talking about or not talking about behind closed doors? If you're talking about the media, who cares what they report on? They move from one shiny thing to the next.

Are they ready now....no.....but then again they're still testing the new missiles.
So they'll probably start launching missiles at Israel when they're confident in their missile performance? Should I be worried?

lol well done. Is there something wrong with you? or do you just like stalking me? Now read what it says and try to apply it the next time you try to make one (an analogy). Good luck.

Ditto to you? And you have the audacity to question what I say? If I am wrong, which seat do you occupy? Ahhhh - You probably do not understand this either. Why is it that you accuse people of things that apply to you, and you suddenly get **** for brains when questioned? Truly amazing.
