I just search "Gary-7" and all kinds of gems pop up.
People know me. I have many leather bound books.
My uncle coached in North Dakota and won several championships. He was elected early in his life to attend college basketball camps for coaches. He networked very well and had several offers as an assistant but never took them. He got to sit up tell 5am one day with Bobby knight. Said he expected him to be a normal guy but all he did was drink water and write basketball notes on bar napkins. My uncle took me and my cousin Joe around to meet people. After you get a few names you can talk social over the internet by name dropping and develop relationships. I've grown my base of connections on message boards to players and then players go on to be assistants or coaches. I don't post much on here but I have been wrong on 2 recruits in my time.
