Sorry... Regardless of outcome that was stupid.. Trying to be cute..
It’s very early but the early possessions don’t feel like a recipe for success for Allar.
This is pretty bad offensive coaching so far. They’re setting up the offense for a loss.

PSU going for it on 4th & 1 at their 46. You've got to be pretty damn sure you can convert if you're going for it on 4th down in your own territory in the 1st qtr. And sure enough, after a TO, PSU sends ou the punting unit.

I’m not going to be critical til start of the second 1/4. Survival of the first quarter will be a win
I disagree. The call was fine, and the WR was wide open for the 1st down. Alas, Allar's throw was way behind him
What a joke. We use the easy QB sneak against other teams, but now that it’s the big game, it’s overthought. This kind of crap is why Franklin never wins these big games.
But that’s the point, so much more can go wrong on that type of play compared with a simple tush push.

I don’t understand this offense. Multiple 4 star RBs. A large qb who just has to fall forward for 3 yards. And you want to throw it to WR who can’t get open against a Defense that has east to west speed for days. Unreal.
The bone I’d pick is situational football. Allar is clearly struggling today. Asking his to pinpoint that pass on 3rd and 1 is unnecessary, IMO. It wasn’t 3rd and 5 or 6.
Young QB... In a very hostile environment.. Receivers are limited IMHO... Don't got much.. Can't just run as they would adjust quick.. Trying to mix in safe passing plays.. Allar should have ran on that third down and or took heat off that pass... Would have changed a lot.. I am however like u think that the coaches are responsible for most of the success..as u need to make high probability play Calls based on ur talent etc.
Has been the case all season. Don’t know how so many people have been blind to the inept O-coaching.
There’s enough evidence on tape to support your POV. They definitely tend to try to be the smartest guys in the room in these games.
we are just in love with the forward pass. 7 rushes 50 yds to that point. third and one shouldn’t you run?
