So many great wins on the resume this year
Pope has done a good job his first year. I’ve been tough on him but the injuries, starting over from scratch with literally no time, and a historic tough SEC. The man has done a really fine job and when he’s given time the sky will be the limit. I mean 8th win vs the top 15th this year it’s just so damn crazy!

I must correct you. When considering all of the injuries and only playing 7 games with a fully healthy team, Pope has done a great job his first year. Most top 15 wins in school's history.

Ansley Almonor had another game where he had zeros all across the board, in all fairness he didn’t play much

Oweh lets his nutts hang again. Shame on some for dogging him. Especially the one poster who said "ANOTHER terrible game from Oweh" Ugh, when was his last bad game ? Hero ball by several. If it wasn't for him, we take the L today @ Oklahoma and several other games. Facts. It is not hero ball, it is trying to put the team on his back, he is the only one who can get to the rim or create his own shot. He is a SCORER, and plays damn tough defense. Hats off to Brea, Carr, Williams, and a solid 1st half by Chandler. Even when shots wasn't falling Oweh continued to fight. That is what a WINNER does, he doesn't ball up in a corner and quit.

Insanely good job. It isn’t even up for debate. Give. The timeline, tbe team construction, the injuries? He has the best set of wins of any team in the country. Period. And we are trying to find complaints? Some people just needed to follow Calipari to Arkansas instead of pretending.

Yeah, can't accomplish much playing 4 minutes, like several role players, he has done his share to spark the team off the bench. Sign of a deep team, somebody different every night comes off the bench ready to contribute.

Almonor's biggest problem is that he is too passive. If he isn't just left wide open, he doesn't work for it. He will only take what is given instead of going out and taking it.

I’m convinced that 80% of our fans only watch UK games. Therefore everyone we play anyone who has a good game telhye are a no name because they haven’t seen them play. It’s amusing.
I never understood the “they are overrated “ thing when your team wins. It diminishes your own team and performance lol.

You start out saying that like it’s a bad thing. But then it amuses you so it’s actually a good thing?

Cover all bases. I like it!👍

It’s not just sports. The entire state is basically just trying to decide if they are southern, midwestern, completely useless?
Lol, it's funny, Missouri has always been kinda both. Southerners from KY, TN, and VA settled little dixie. And german immigrants settled in the cities. It's a weird state for sure. But one of the coolest imo. They grow cotton and get 2 feet of snow.
