Mac can't get any penetration at all. They are just a LOT better than we are, but that's fine.

Law is an offensive disaster. The fat lady is leaving her seat. This one may be another creaming on the national spotlight. Everyone is unfortunately watching this beating. Just overmatched. Brown is completely intimidated and we get nothing from either senior. Pardon looks great though.

Collins blew it by playing Brown and Taphorn early! Both guys got blown out of the water! Ash is our second best defender and our second fast guy on the team, plus he is a good passer

It is a good stepping stone season. This is just a top 4 team in the country. It is going to take a rally really good team to beat the Zags.

Ooooff BMac.

Welcome to big time basketball. Only way to get better is to go up against the best. We don't see this in the B1G.

They are sooooo much athletic than us. Law looks like a middle schooler playing against HS'ers

We are a deer in headlights. Just another national tv blowout typical of NU. Doesnt matter which sport. Im shutting the TV off but wrastleone is right, keep Brown on the bench, he pissed his diaper out there.

Like I had stated before, CC is going to have to upgrade the talent (based on playing a straight-up style) to keep moving the program forward.

The good thing is that this season should help on the recruiting front.

Like what I'm seeing from the young bigs tho.

I am frustrated and I get the slightest sense that some of you might feel the same way. Our guys are trying their hardest. Probably too hard and it's messing up their game. The Zags are a good team and the refs are in their side.

Let's see how the rest of the game goes and keep in mind that using the tournament as a measure, these guys are in the top 32. That's a huge jump for us :)

And we all know that neither coach or players have quit in this game. If we make half of those misses it's a pretty close game. The team just needs to settle down and let the game come to them.

Yes. There's a reason they seed these games. Gonzaga is good but we have missed many open shots. If we just hit our season average on open threes a much closer game. Keep the faith!

I am so tired of watching Brown get stuffed going for a layup! The guy is worse than Vasser! Plus he is to small to play defense! Plus he is selfish! Just watch the Rutgers and Maryland games! Ash clearly played much better! We got no one besides Mac to bring up the ball! Got to develop a guard for next year! Brown is definitely not the answer

Those open shots you guys are talking about were rushed or from downtown. We really arent getting wide open.

Wasn't the first round a national TV game? Give me a break - so NU can't hang with a top 5 team, nothing to be ashamed with at this stage in Collins build of the program.

Watching highlights of first half here at arena, only driving the basket resulted in our points. More of that, please.
