I have no use for that. Embarrassing. Playing a little thuggish tonight. I don't mind aggressive defense but fouling just to foul is something else.
This is the dumbest basketball team in America. It's as if Huggs has no control over these guys. Dumb play after dumb play.
Dumb? No, not dumb. And trust me, I'm sure Huggs has complete control of this team. We are just playing too loose right now. A couple of players aren't playing smart.....but I wouldn't call it "dumb".
Sucker punching the opponent in the gut is dumb. Fouling 3-pt shooters and guys 70 feet from the basket is dumb.
Hard to believe there are 3 teams in the NCAA that average more fouls per game than we do. Already at 15 tonight. That's 1 more than Iowa State averages per game.
But that's our style. When you play 94 feet of defense, you are going to foul more. That's just a fact. I'm OK with the fouls because we play 10-11 people regularly.
No excuse for Watkins. You want to root for him being a WVU legacy nephew but honestly, he's almost produced more infamous performances than positive ones.

Well, the stupid part is not understanding that in the post they are going to flop with contact. And they are getting the calls.
Paige plays a great game Saturday, then goes out tonight and commits 3 fouls in one minute of playing time.
