He’ll be back final four- till then lil Booz going to show out. As for Pat I still think it’s an out of caution thing. ACC tourney gives us a killer 3 game potential to mess with lineups and get guys in positions to do things they haven’t been able to do. Great dress rehersal

Go Duke!

agree with this pisgah. Both Flagg & Brown went down in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament last year. Although not ideal, it gave the rest of the guys opportunities to Earn Confidence, which the other 9 guys made the most of their opportunities especially Knueppel, Maluach, Proctor, and Ngongba.

Duke, Michigan, and Arizona all have to take their conference tournaments seriously, because they are competing for the Overall #1-#3 seeds of the NCAA Tournament. Each of these 3 teams only have 2 losses at this point.

I think Florida has emerged to be on the level of us, Michigan, and Arizona. (Not resume’ wise, but they are on fire lately.) So im not sure there’s an advantage of being the #1 and being on Floridas side of the Final 4 bracket.

Seems like if we keep the overall #1 we will most likely get MSU as our 2 instead of Uconn?? I don’t fully understand how they select the 2 (wish they just did S-Curve) but I’d much rather get MSU as our 2.

Michigan State/Illinois would be a better 2 seed draw for Duke in contrast to Uconn/Houston imo.

History has no barring on future success or failure
So you think loosing Foster on the floor doesn’t put more strain on the remaining four starters? One already coming back from the same foot issue he’s always had as a high schooler and relying on a freshman to play heavy minutes at the primary ball handler spot ? This all coming at the end of the season ? So if Cayden gets in foul trouble your only other two options are let Boozer be the primary ball handler and put Khamenia or Harris in ? What happens if Evans gets in early foul trouble? Do you hope Khamenia can stay out of foul trouble guarding in the back court or Harris ?

Hope you enjoyed typing that- but no one is saying that. Some of yall acting like we just lost Prime Jordan. It’s not ideal but we still have plenty

I did enjoy typing it because they are legit questions . Cayden is the only pg/cg left healthy, sure Sarr or possibly even Harris and Khamenia could be secondary ball handlers . But what about foul trouble ? Big Pat is out for precaution reasons because his foot that he injured in high school so that’s a plus come the NCAA tourney but should Cayden get in foul trouble what does the line up look like . Guess we will see Thursday thru Saturday but Foster’s defense on the floor will be missed .

I remember earlier in the season people wanted Cayden to start and would be by season’s end, some even talked like Foster was trash. Well, here we are and Cayden is starting. I think we’re good as long as big Pat is healthy to go by the Elite 8. I’m confident that the Boozer brothers will bring it. I just hope Harris will step up, he’s been gifted a golden opportunity. It’s make or break time for him. It’s going to be interesting.

I remember people saying the same but I was always one that thought Foster was the starting lead guard . Now it’s Cayden’s chance to see if he’s paid attention all season . We know he can score when he decides to attach and I hope that is what we see with some good defense .

I don't think we need Cayden to be Kyrie Irving. He just needs to be solid on both ends, and he has shown he can do that even against good teams. Like all of us, I hate Hate HATE the Foster injury, but it's going to be exciting to see how this plays out! We are Duke! Win and advance is all it takes from here on out!
