Duke already beat Kansas . I know with out Peterson but St.Johns is long and lanky. They have the bigs to match up down low and their guards are long and athletic.
I wanted St John’s. I hate playing a team twice, especially if you were the one who won the first match up.
Both teams are solid and neither would be easy but we’ve proven we can battle physical teams and St John’s biggest weakness is guard play which helps us right now. Going to be a tough game no doubt but St John’s missed a ton of shots

I'll say it again, Johnnie's no business being a 5 seed. Big East champs being a 5 seed and being on the same bracket as their rival UConn? Give me a break. That game was like a sweet 16 game

I agree but they don’t have the resume of a 3. I think they and Kansas should have flipped flopped as St John’s definitely should have been a 4 seed which puts us in the same spot. Our 4-5 should be Bama/TTU though which are both not as good as St John’s

I’ve shared this before, but when I met Pitino back in 90 he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. I’ve met scumbags before and he ain’t one of ‘em. As for dirty, unless I’m missing something, I’ve seen no evidence of that. That’s like accusing Coach K of being dirty for something Laettner or G Allen did. I don’t even know where that’s coming from
