I’m grateful for a 5 point lead at halftime. But this team is frequently infuriating how they piss away opportunities to have a game relatively on ice. They could/should easily have been up 15-20 points at the half.
I feel like we win either way. We’ve won grind out games also.
Perry can be a poor man’s Cameron Mills Travis Ford type guy by his Junior Senior year.
Williams REALLY needs to be better. This is two games in a row he’s been a complete negative on the offensive side, and a few times on defense he was pretty awful.
Good first half, good on both ends. UK went harder for the loose balls and we held our own for the most part. Noah and Chandler again have played well. We need to come out 2nd half and hit layups or better yet, dunk the ball (looking at you Williams). Not see the stats yet but will check them out.

I don't think he meant the refs bailed out Noah, but more that Noah bailed out what was looking like a terrible possession by making a head's up play to draw the foul.

I know it was a combination of injuries and having no other options, but the experience the freshmen got this season and so far in the tournament could pay off HUGE in the coming seasons.
