Most frustrating double digit win I can remember. We just do so much stupid **** at times.
And......we picked up a game on Kansas.
We finally made it out of the first round. Thank the good Lord above.
FWIW I’m switching to JTS Brown for the next game. Cheaper and stronger.
Pope should make Williams immediately watch a replay of this game
well boys, UNC is gone, Kansas is gone, UL is gone, IU didn't even show up and now we get to enjoy the rest of the games tonight and at least up till our next game on Sunday! Survive and advance!
He is just too damn lazy to jump and typically doesn't play until someone does something on the floor to anger him. Based on that Pope should smack the hell out him before each game.

This! The earlier you lose the worse it is. UL lost the absolute worst way you can, blown out in the very first game. That makes the rest of the weekend suck.

We were clearly he better team. We just didn't play smart basketball. It simply made no sense to keep jacking up 3s when we had them down by 23. At that point, Troy needed lots of shots which we were giving them by taking and missing a lot of 3 point shots. It is all about understanding the situation.
I thought we played well for about 6-8 minutes of the 40.
