Since when can the officials reverse a penalty after review? Did the rules change this year? I have never seen that, in any game I've watched.

Hey NCAA and affiliated conferences. Don't tell me you give a crap about player safety if your officials are going to reverse dirty hits.

First it was a targeting call in the FSU/USF game where the FSU was clearly hitting a defenseless player, and then the hit on Floyd. What a joke.

20-14 Tulsa at the half for those following at home.
Should have been closer to 23-14 at least. That hit was extremely reckless. We won't see Connor again for a while I'm guessing. Louie isn't a good punt returner. I'm wondering who will be put in Floyd's slot receiver position.

Wth how can you reverse a penalty
Targeting is auto reviewed to make sure they don't throw a kid out who had a clean play. That play was the definition of targeting. Left his feet, led with his helmet, hit a defenseless receiver in the head/neck region. Quite possibly the worst reversal I have ever seen. That would have changed the complexion of this game

First half. Pretty good outside of false start penalties...for pete's sake...its not loud, there is zero excuse to move early. That kid should be ejected. They are murdering themselves with penalties, same as FAU last week. Our defense is doing very well.

BUT, wtf is up with calling a zero blitz with our LB on their WR on that 3rd down on their passing TD....STUPID personnel decision/play call. If you call a zero blitz, have the athletes at DB/safety to stay on a WR, not leave your LB on an island against a WR, extremely stupid play call by our DC, that's defense 101, high school level stuff.

I'm also very annoyed that we're running into our Olines asses 10 times in a row in the redzone. WTF. At least run some PA into the flats, run/pass option, fade to Garrett, SOMETHING other than run it up the butt 4037901248 times on every down. C'mon monty!!!

Montgomery was absolutely livid after they reversed that. Like others have pointed out, that is the definition of targeting. Even the kid that made the hit was apologizing to his teammates for costing them, and then they reverse it. Just crazy.

15 penalties in the half...6 against TU. Defense had a good half after giving up that first drive.

We need to score TDs in the red zone. Hope it doesn't come back to bite us

We are starting to not keep our assignments in the option game. Everyone running straight to the QB. Not what we did in the 1st half. Safety/DB/OLB need to stay with the pitch man

Pretty poor offensive play calling. 3 guys stare at the QB while the pitchman just runs right by on defense...TDs monty! TDs!
