Unfortunately, Penn State hasn't been relevant in the national picture for a long time. Now, tOSU and UM are clearly superior. Enter Oregon, Washington, and USC and the possibility of PSU in the playoff becomes even less likely. It won't be impossible, but it will be improbable.

settle for FG early when they should have gone for TD. Go for 2 when they should have kicked. Go for 2 again when an xp maintains one-score possibility.
