Yes, and every starting pitcher says they should have stayed in every game and would have gotten the next guy out.

Your point?
The point is it wasn’t that poorly thrown.

Wow--nice to see a big kick return
Though I kind of wanted to see the offense have a long field

Penn State DE’s are giving up the edge a lot and pinching inside. Don’t like this defensive technique. They are going to get burned.

Congrats?

So have I.

Doesn’t change the fact that that was a very poorly thrown ball and the receiver shouldn’t be blamed for the lack of catch.

You clearly don't know how to grade plays.... Was ball thrown to a place where the receiver got both hands on the ball in the endzone such that it is a TD if the receiver does not drop the ball??? The answer to both these questions is clearly yes. 100% receiver's fault. Had the receiver only been able to get 1 hand on the ball... then yes, QB's fault. Had the receiver caught the ball and needed YAK for a 1st Down... and placement of throw prevented the necessary YAK... QB's fault. But in this instance, all receiver has to do to score TD is catch a ball that he had both hands on.... he clearly dropped a ball that hit both his hands costing his team a TD. Only one person's fault a TD was not scored on this play - the receiver who dropped a ball that hit both his hands.

14-17--arguably 2 drops (throws that weren't perfect but should have been caught) is a nice start to the year.

I’d like to see a little bit more down the field. Need to have a long ball threat.
