Pushing it isn't a penalty. You need to grab, pull, twist, etc. It looked like a penalty in real time, but the replay pretty clearly showed they got it right.

Dinkins has really impressed me with his blocking on the edge this season...he's a weapon when he gets 1v1 with a Safety (or corner obviously).
Disappointing that Penn State has only scored 7 in the first quarter.

I mean, watch the replay...he got twisted around from the way the tackler pulled him. The tackler didn't use the facemask to twist him, he was under it.
And why use google for a generic definition when you could use the NCAA rule?
No player shall grasp and then twist, turn or pull the face mask, chin strap or any helmet opening of an opponent. It is not a foul if the face mask, chin strap or helmet opening is not grasped and then twisted, turned or pulled. When in question, it is a foul.

What a fabulous offensive series. This game should be 21-0 by now.
So far this game has me feeling no better about OLine or Allar vs previous games.

This defense better get a masseuse on call, they’re going to be carrying this team all season.
Same. Somethings not clicking for Allar and the OL is not dominant. If Allar tries to force the ball in versus Oregon like he just did versus nova on 3rd it’s an INT. He should’ve flipped the ball out to the rb.
I was just having the same thought. Defense is gonna have to totally shutdown the Ducks.
