Kind of weird to come out on a sports message board, but I applaud your bravery and wish you all the luck on Gindr.
I didn't like the hire at the beginning and have been skeptical but optimistic because... well you have to be but considering everything, all aspects, Pope is not going to work long term. So it doesn't matter what happens now, win or lose.
You just need to lean in a little more. We all have to realize one another’s experiences to get to our shared truth. The epiphany that awaits us will be the reward.

Pope just needs more time. Jmi has really undermined him, and it's affecting the play on the court. Injuries are obviously a factor. No coach will want to come here if we get rid of him after 2 years. Can you imagine if we went on probation or only had a coach for two years before in our program history? I'm certain we would have never been able to land a Hall of Fame coach in either situation.
Let's just be patient, fans, and learn the art of gratitude. This is just a sport. It's mere entertainment. The players are just not buying into coach Pope. They just need to give him more time.
