These precautions, while wise, would seem to need an army of compliance staff to monitor the multiple areas of a football game that are subject to the mandatory practices. Would it be too much to deal with in practicality?

Huddle for what? This looks good to me. If you really think about the game itself, there is not a lot of interaction except for on the field. We know everything will look different probably moving forward. I don't ever see the game or sports going back to the way they were.

Most teams are not huddling. The few that are can learn other ways to communicate.
