It's off season and the topics of threads are becoming minimal so let's give this a shot just to pass the time away. I was listening to The David Glen Show today a N.C. based sports talk radio show and DG had listeners to call in and nominate athletes, sports commentators, team owners, coaches, sports entertainment or anyone associated with sports as to the best and greatest hairdos of all time. Hope all posters will participate and HERE ARE THE RULES , READ CAREFULLY AND DON'T SCREW IT UP.
1. You can post as many times as you wish but only THREE nominations per post. See my example below.
2. Need the name , sport involved with and brief description of hairdos since some of the nominees will be before your time.
3. Make sure you read the first two rules.;):):D

Here is an example
1. Oscar Gamble, MLB mainly the Yankees. Hairdo , Possibly the greatest Fro ever.
2. Slick Watts. NBA mainly Seattle Super Sonics, Hairdo, shaved head before it was popular hence the nickname Slick.
3. Gene Keady. college basketball coach mainly Purdue. Hairdo. The best comb over ever.

1. Brian Bosworth. Oklahoma U football. Hairdo- one of the more famous mullets, of the flat-top variety, w/ tiered white walls dyed different colors.
2. Carlos Valderrama. Columbian soccer player- long, curly, blonde. It looks like an afro, but it's not. It's like... a greaseless Jheri curl.
3. Dorothy Hamil- American gymnast- Her haircut is named after her! It's short, kind of like a pixie cut, I think.
