UK ran Snell out of the Wildcat formation on 1st..got stone walled.
UK ran exact same play on 2nd with exact same outcome.
UK threw a fade route to Dorian on 3rd which had no chance.
UK kicked FG to tie.

The offensive coordinator **** the bed and ran Snell twice outta wildcat straight up the middle. We only ran that same play about 20 times in the second half. Then our poised qb threw a fade out of bounds to our huge wr Baker.
I'm sorry, I am sour. Love Gran but he had a bad game with play calling tonight. We only ran about a hanful of plays that showed creativity. We ran the same plays over and over. SJ was pretty damn bad anytime he had to pass, except when he dropped a dime on Badett that he promptly let bounce off him for an int
And the defense showed the same look almost all night ans was predictable as well. We also got no pressure all night.
That all spelled a loss in a game we could've won. Old KY showed upbtoo much tonight. I don't understand. We didi not play like we have been and Stoops and Gran did not coach like they had been. I'm pissed and confused

I get that man. But has obviously stopped working at that point. And that is also almost at the end of the game. A TD there probably wins the game. You have to pull out all the stops to win and score a TD. Ok, even if I give you the wildcat. The throw shouldn't have been a touch corner fade, SJ struggles with throws, especially the tougher ones like what was called. Throw to TE in the seem, throw a slant, let Snell d'or the first time outta the wildcat and catch them off guard. You know there has to be a Snell pass play somewhere outta that formation they are saving.
Point is, it was the crunch time in a game ww had to win to have a chance at winning the SEC east. Gran had to call those last four plays better. It's not hindsight being 20/20, it's us losing because we didn't get creative or roll the dice and call something ballsy to try and score a TD. And they didn't give SJ an easier pass play on 3rd to throw. I think Gran and Stoops we're to conservative calling okaya on both sides of the ball last night I a huge game. Agree to disagree
The problem with it "stopped running right there" is we ran it twice. It's how we moved the ball from the fifty to the 9. Every play. Wasn't that it was a different series, or went three and out. It was what was working. You have to keep going to the well. It just dried up two plays to soon.
Just the state game two weeks ago. It was benny all the way down the field to seal the game. We was on the seven and went and Johnson keeps it and fumbles. Everyone is all over stoops and Gran for going away from benny. He stayed with him this week and everyone was wanting to go away from him. It sucks it didn't work, but no coach is going to look perfect in hindsight.
